Niansheng Return Policy for Finished Goods

Returned items must be in new condition with their original packaging, unassembled and may be returned within 45 days from the purchase date.

Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Shipping charges for both delivery and returns are not refundable. Please also note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, you may receive a credit to nianshengfactory.com in place of a refund.

Please be sure to use a secure shipping method to send the item, so that it may be tracked. Niansheng will not be responsible for items lost during shipping and cannot process your return until the item is received.

Any large package surcharge charged at checkout is non-refundable.

 

Defective Product

We want you to be pleased with your Niansheng purchase. If you receive a product that is not functioning properly, please email our Customer Service Department at gzniansheng@losun-international.com.

 

Cancellation/Changes to your Niansheng Order

If you'd like to make changes to your order, you must do so within 1 hour from the time you submit your order by contacting Niansheng Customer Service at +86 13570276905 .

PLEASE NOTE - Order changes can only be made during Customer Service business hours. Customer Service hours are 9:00am CST - 12:00pm CST, Monday to Friday. These changes include cancellation requests, address changes, upgraded shipping or adding items to your order.

Returned items must be in new condition with their original packaging and unassembled. Refunds will only be issued for the purchase price of the item returned. Shipping charges are not refunded. Customer is responsible for any returned shipping charges.

Please add the RMA# to the outside of the box you are returning. Failure to provide RMA number with return items may subject to no-refund for your returns.

If you refuse delivery of a shipment you will be credited the purchase price less all the shipping charges and re-stocking fee, if applicable.
